About OULA and Denfar
Registered in Canada, Ottawa United Learning Academy (OULA) and Denfar Transnational Development provide cultural and business development services. Their initiatives include:
- Transnational Corporations Review (TNCR), a journal providing economic, policy and business information with analysis of current issues related to transnational corporations (TNCs), foreign direct investment (FDI), institutional innovations and international development. The journal pays particular attention to China’s involvement in the global economy.
- TNC-Online, an online program serving as a bridge from authors to readers. Developed in North America, with close connection to Europe and China, TNC-Online makes full use of location and resources advantages. It uses advanced technology to collect information and various approaches to provide services, e.g. offering database membership.
- TNCs and China Conference: This project facilitates presentation and discussion on government-TNC relations, the current and future role of TNCs, and opportunities and challenges that TNCs face today.
- The Ottawa International Student Entrepreneurship Program, created by a group of overseas educators and professionals to help international students, especially those from China, to adapt to life overseas and to achieve their educational and career goals.
